Regular biography
Sarah Biggerstaff is a Lecturer in the Practice of Management at Yale University's School of Management. Her research focuses on leadership and the role of women in leadership. She specializes in leadership development for individuals and organizations, with experience in executive coaching and consulting across multiple sectors. Since 2012, she has been a faculty member at Yale School of Management, where her work emphasizes the practical application of leadership concepts. Her courses include Leadership Lab, Interpersonal Dynamics, Leadership Development for Self and Others, and Leadership Practicum. Biggerstaff holds an MS in Organization Development from George Mason University and a BA in Literature from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
