Jaime Arellano-Bover

Jaime Arellano-Bover is a Lecturer of Economics in the Yale School of Management. His research focuses on labor economics and applied microeconomics, with an emphasis on labor market entry conditions, on-the-job learning, job mobility among immigrants, organized crime infiltration in legal firms, and the long-run dynamics of the gender pay gap. Arellano-Bover holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University, earned in 2019. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Labor Economics, The Review of Economics and Statistics, and The Journal of Economic History.
