Sarah Coy

Sarah Coy is a Responsible Exploitation and Translation Officer, EEBio Project, affiliated with the University of Oxford's Department of Engineering. Her research focuses on societal expectations and stakeholder perspectives around the use of new technologies in health, responsible research and innovation, engineering biology, and control engineering. She oversees approaches to Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI), exploitation, and translation within the EPSRC-funded EEBio Programme Grant. Coy is an associate member of the Centre for Health, Law and Emerging Technologies (HeLEX) at the University of Oxford, where she previously worked for 10 years. Her work includes exploring ethical considerations around new technologies in health and promoting governance systems that serve societal needs.
