Dr Oktay Cetinkaya is a Visitor at the University of Oxford, affiliated with the ME department. He holds a BSc, BSc, and PhD, and is a Senior Member of IEEE. His research interests include sensor systems, IoT systems cybersecurity, and edge computing. He has contributed to publications on topics such as the Internet of harvester nano things, machine learning-based cold start latency prediction, and quantum computing.
