Cox Arabella

Arabella Cox is a DPhil student in Engineering Science at the University of Oxford, affiliated with the Institute of Biomedical Engineering. Her research focuses on breast cancer in pre-menopausal women, utilizing MRI image analysis and machine learning for biomedical research to improve risk prediction and clinical decision-making. She applies Bayesian network modelling to support these efforts. Before her DPhil, she worked on MRI image analysis at Perspectum and in fDExSI MRI research at the Francis Crick Institute. She is supported by an EPSRC Doctoral Training Partnership Studentship. Arabella also co-leads the Women’s Health Book Club at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering. Her research interests include breast cancer, women’s health, MRI image analysis, machine learning, and risk prediction.
