Martin Wall

Martin Wall is the Head of Facilities in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oxford. In this role, he ensures the efficient operation of all facilities, including buildings, infrastructure, and support services, to support research and academic activities. He is responsible for developing and implementing a facilities strategy aligned with the University's research goals. With nearly four decades of engineering experience across various industries, Martin focuses on creating efficient, high-performing environments that support both operational needs and future growth. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycling, countryside walks with his dogs, and other outdoor pursuits.
