Regular biography
Alexia Leakey is affiliated with the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oxford. She serves as Head of Human Resources, working closely with the Department’s academic leadership team to promote and strengthen HR management. Her role involves providing people-related support services, strategic project work, and the development of departmental policy. Prior to joining the Department of Chemistry, she held various HR roles, including Head of Learning and Development at the Great Western Hospitals Foundation Trust and positions at Vets4Pets and Outsource UK.
