Stuart Mackenzie

Stuart Mackenzie is Professor of Chemistry at the University of Oxford and a Tutorial Fellow of Magdalen College. His research group focuses on the structure and reactivity of gas-phase metal clusters and the photochemical origin of animal magnetoreception. His work involves the study of metal clusters and their interactions with small molecules, as well as magnetic field effects in proteins, particularly in the context of animal magnetoreception. His research combines experimental techniques with theoretical approaches and involves collaborations with other internationally leading groups.
