Victor Lee

Victor Lee is a Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oxford. He is affiliated with Oriel College and St. Anne’s College, where he serves as an Organic Chemistry tutor. Lee teaches the second year undergraduate Organic Synthesis II course in Trinity Term. He received his B.Sc. and M.Phil. degrees from the University of Hong Kong and completed his D.Phil. studies in organic chemistry with Sir Jack Baldwin at Oxford. His research interests include natural product synthesis and methodology investigation, with a focus on biomimetic approaches. Lee has contributed to the development of an efficient Stille coupling method and has published on the synthesis of several natural products.
