Regular biography
Karl Harrison is a member of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oxford. His research interests include science visualizations, interactive multimedia, metaverses, 3D environments, stereo projections, and panoramic photography. He has developed online learning tools with final year students and created virtual learning environments for chemistry education. Harrison has also contributed to science communication through collaborations with publishers and exhibitions, and his work has been featured in various media outlets. He has a background in chemistry, including a BSc from the University of Warwick and a PhD from the University of Bristol.
