Alastair Nicholson

Alastair Nicholson is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is also listed as Emeritus Professor of Operations and Technology Management at London Business School. His work focuses on managing business operations, including mergers, new product development, core process identification, strategic initiatives, and business development in emerging markets such as Poland and Russia.
