Regular biography
Adam Ferris is a Teaching Fellow in Finance at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He joined the School in 2025 and is also a member of St Cross College. Ferris previously graduated in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics and completed his MSc in Financial Economics from Oxford Saïd. He is currently finishing his DPhil in Experimental and Behavioural Economics at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford. His research focuses on household decision-making in various contexts, with an emphasis on behavioural economics and experimental work. He teaches on several programmes including the BSc Economics and Management and the MSc in Financial Economics.
