Agni Orfanoudaki

Agni Orfanoudaki is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is also a Fellow in Management Studies at Exeter College and a visiting scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her research focuses on developing data-driven methods and models for healthcare practitioners, with applications in healthcare operations and algorithmic insurance. She has worked on predictive and prescriptive models for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and Covid-19, emphasizing interpretability and integration into healthcare systems. Orfanoudaki leads the Data Driven Decisions Lab (3DL) and collaborates with industry and academic partners. She teaches core Technology and Operations Management courses and contributes to AI ethics and compliance programs.
