Regular biography
Andy Haas is an Associate Professor of Physics and Director of Graduate Studies at New York University's Department of Physics. His research focuses on Experimental Elementary Particle Physics. Haas holds a Ph.D. from the University of Washington and a B.S. with Honors from Brown University. He has been affiliated with the D0 Experiment and the Atlas Experiment. His work includes contributions to various publications in high-energy particle physics, such as searches for Higgs boson production and neutral supersymmetric Higgs bosons. Haas is also a Panofsky Fellow from the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory.
