Victoria D'Souza is a Lecturer in the Department of Molecular & Cellular Biology at Harvard University. Her research focuses on the structural and biophysical analysis of macromolecules, particularly in the context of retroviruses such as HIV, Human T-cell leukemia virus, and Moloney murine leukemia virus. She investigates the structural determinants of reverse transcription and gene translation, utilizing nuclear magnetic resonance and other biophysical methods. Her work includes studying tRNA-PBS-NC complexes and the role of RNA pseudoknots in readthrough translation. D'Souza teaches courses such as Structural and Biophysical Analysis of Macromolecules and Interplay between Viruses and their Hosts.
