Hossein Amir Salahshoor is an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Duke University. His research focuses on the mechanics of biological and bio-inspired systems, brain mechanics, data-driven methods, advanced (meta)materials and (meta)structures, material design, and the mathematics of materials and structures.
