Regular biography
Lindsay Saunders is a Lecturer of Biology in the Biology department at Duke University. She is affiliated with the Trinity College of Arts & Sciences. Her research focuses on biomineralization and developmental biology, particularly the role of primary mesenchyme cells in sea urchin larval skeleton formation. Saunders has published work on gene regulatory networks and epithelial-mesenchymal transitions. She earned her Ph.D. from Duke University in 2012.
