Kwong Sak Leung is an Emeritus Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Department of Computer Science. He was Professor of Computer Science & Engineering (Chair Professor) until 2018 and served as Chairman of the Department from August 1999 to July 2005. Prior to joining the university in 1985, he worked as a senior engineer and system analyst in England. His research areas include Knowledge Engineering, Fuzzy Logic Applications, Genetic Algorithm and Programming, AI Architecture, and related fields. He is also associated with the CUHK-BGI Innovation Institution of Trans-omics.
