Regular biography
Michael Ping Fu Fung is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He teaches courses in problem solving, computer programming, computer organization, data structures, database systems, and Digital Literacy and Computational Thinking, which is one of the University Core Courses. His research interests include medical visualization, surgical simulation, virtual reality, computer graphics, 3D modelling, pattern recognition, and image processing. He has also taught University and College General Education courses and served in the Program for the Gifted and Talented.
