Dr. Chui Man Cat LO is a Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She joined the university in 2021. Her research interests include the applications of hydrogels, chemistry in food and cosmetics, and related interdisciplinary topics. Dr. LO has contributed to various publications in areas such as hydrogel development for skincare, essential oil analysis, and environmental chemistry. She has also been involved in educational research, including studies on blended learning in chemistry education. Her academic career includes positions at The Open University of Hong Kong, where she worked as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer from 2015 to 2021.
