Adrian Chun-Pong Chu is the H.C. Wang Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Cornell University. His research focuses on differential geometry and partial differential equations, particularly minimal surfaces, mean curvature flow, and min-max theory. His work explores the space of all surfaces in a given 3-manifold and the area functional defined on this space. Chu's research includes studies on the existence of minimal tori and genus one singularities in mean curvature flow. He teaches courses such as Calculus II and Introduction to Ordinary Differential Equations.
