Mor Armony is the Vice Dean of Faculty and Harvey Golub Professor of Business Leadership at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University. She is also a Professor of Technology, Operations & Statistics. Her research focuses on large-scale service operations, patient flow in hospitals, and stochastic modeling in operations. She teaches courses in operations management and stochastic service systems. Prior to joining NYU Stern in 1999, she worked as a consultant for Lucent Technologies and AT&T and developed mathematical models for financial indexes at Eventus, Israel. Armony holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in operations research from Stanford University, as well as M.S. and B.S. degrees in statistics and mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
