Callen Anthony

Callen Anthony is Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University. She joined Stern in 2018 and holds a BA in Business Administration from Western University’s Ivey Business School, an MSc in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford, and a PhD in Organization Studies from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. Her research explores the intersection of strategy and organization theory, focusing on cognition and innovation, particularly the role of new analytical technologies in knowledge production and the impact of identity on innovation choices. She is also on the editorial boards of Administrative Science Quarterly and Organization Science.
