Dr Mireia Guix

Dr Mireia Guix is a Lecturer in Tourism at the School of Business, The University of Queensland. Her research focuses on how tourism and hospitality organizations approach change to integrate sustainability considerations and report on their progress for external accountability. She examines corporate social responsibility, climate change, human rights, and sustainability accounting and reporting. Dr Guix has published in top academic journals such as Tourism Management, Annals of Tourism Research, and International Journal of Hospitality Management. Her work includes projects funded by the European Union, the United Nations Environmental Program, and the Inter-American Development Bank. She is available for supervision and has supervised doctoral research.
