Associate Professor Anna Jenkins is a member of the School of Business at The University of Queensland. Her research focuses on the processes and activities involved in creating high-impact startups, the development of startup ecosystems, and the impact of firm failure on small business owners’ well-being. She leads an ARC Discovery grant examining startup trajectories and is also conducting a longitudinal ethnographic study on startup ecosystems. Her work explores how small business owners manage setbacks and failure, including coping strategies and their effects on well-being.
