Regular biography
Associate Professor Cristyn Meath is affiliated with the School of Business at The University of Queensland, where she teaches Decision Making & Reporting for Sustainability in the Masters of Business program. She is the Hub Director of the Sustainable Infrastructure Research Hub and an Affiliate of the ARC Research Hub to Advance Timber for Australia's Future Built Environment. Her research focuses on sustainable product and practice adoption in industries, examining decision-making processes across individuals, organizations, governments, and consumers. She has co-designed solutions with industry and government to support decarbonisation and circular economy transitions, with research interests including climate change, energy transition, and economic inequality. Prior to joining UQ, she worked with businesses to improve sustainability.
