Regular biography
Dr Momo Kromah is a Lecturer in the School of Business at The University of Queensland. His research focuses on organizational behavior, particularly in the areas of workplace territoriality, organizational change, and employee well-being in hybrid work environments. Dr Kromah has contributed to several academic publications, including journal articles and conference proceedings, exploring topics such as psychological ownership, change-related self-efficacy, and the impact of cybercrime on employee productivity.
