Regular biography
Dr Richard O'Quinn is a Lecturer in Management & Leadership at The University of Queensland's School of Business. He is an Affiliate of the UQ Cyber Research Centre and Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology. His research interests include leadership, strategic decision-making, and organization studies, with a focus on practice and process perspectives. Dr O'Quinn has taught leadership and strategic management courses across various programs at The Business School. His work includes advising leaders on organizational improvement and contributing to research on cybersecurity, veterans' mental health disclosure, and Indigenous curriculum development.
