Professor Tyler Okimoto is a Professor and Associate Dean (Academic) for the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law at The University of Queensland. His research focuses on understanding ethical 'grey areas' and building moral consensus to address injustice and conflict. He examines how diverse perspectives can foster social justice and the role of leadership in overcoming challenges. Okimoto is also an award-winning educator, teaching leadership, human resources, and conflict resolution at various academic levels. He was the Program Director and Academic Lead Designer of UQ’s MicroMasters Program in Business Leadership, which reached over 60,000 learners globally in its first year.
