Associate Professor Sharlene Leroy-Dyer is a Saltwater woman and a descendant of Matora (Awabakal) and Bungaree (Garigal / Darug) with family ties to the Wiradyuri Nation. She is an Associate Professor at The University of Queensland's School of Business, where she serves as Director of the Indigenous Business Hub and Associate PRME Director for Indigenous Engagement. Her research focuses on Indigenous employment, leadership, and organisational transformation, with an emphasis on the experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in professional and institutional contexts.
