Associate Professor Remi Ayoko is an Associate Professor in Management at the UQ Business School, The University of Queensland. She is an Affiliate of the UQ Cyber Research Centre and affiliated with the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law. Her research interests include workspaces, cyber security behaviours, territoriality, conflict management, and inclusion practices. She has published in leading international journals and is a co-recipient of an Australian Research Council Discovery Grant. She has held academic leadership roles, including Management Discipline Leader at UQ Business School and former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Management & Organization. She teaches Managing Workplace Conflict and Human Resource Management and works with industry partners to translate research into workplace outcomes.
