Associate Professor Yunxia Zhu

Associate Professor Yunxia Zhu is an award-winning researcher and educator at The University of Queensland, School of Business. Her research focuses on cross-cultural management and business negotiation, with a PhD in international business communication from the Australian National University. She has taught at various levels, including undergraduate, MBA, and executive programs, and has held visiting academic positions at Imperial College London, University of Michigan, and Lund University Sweden. She has received numerous awards, including the 2015 UQ Teaching and Learning Fellowship and the 2014 Australian National Teaching Citation Awards. Her work has been published in prestigious journals, and she serves on editorial boards for several academic publications. She is also Vice President of the Association for Business Communication in the Asia Pacific Region and holds adjunct and honorary professorial positions with Chinese universities.
