Associate Professor Miriam Moeller is an Associate Professor in International Business at The University of Queensland Business School. Her research explores how effective procurement, inclusion, and mobilisation of talent support firm internationalisation, with a focus on global work relocations of globally mobile talent and their accompanying family members. She has a special interest in marginalised and minority communities, including LGBTIQA+ expatriates, women expatriates, and neurodivergent expatriates. Her recent work has focused on neuroinclusive workplace practices, and she is a member of the UQ Disability Inclusion Advocacy Network. She serves as Associate Editor at the International Journal of Management Reviews and is an editorial review board member at the Journal of Global Mobility.
