Dr Andre Pekerti is an Associate Professor in International Management within the International Business Discipline at The University of Queensland Business School. His research interests include n-Culturals, cultural intelligence, cross-cultural communication, and international management. He has published in international journals such as the International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management and the Journal of International Business Studies. Dr Pekerti has also served as Vice President of the Australia New Zealand International Business Academy and is on several editorial review boards. He initiated the Rapid Acculturation Mateship Program (RAMP) at UQBS, which facilitates adjustment for international students.
