Dr Khoa Hoang

Dr Khoa Hoang is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at UQ Business School, The University of Queensland. He serves as Major Convenor (Finance) of the UQ Business School and is affiliated with the School of Business, Faculty of Business, Economics and Law. His research interests include earnings and returns predictability, market anomalies, cost of capital estimation, corporate valuation, and the real effects of stock markets on corporate decisions. Dr Hoang's work has been published in journals such as Accounting and Finance, Australian Journal of Management, Journal of Financial Markets, and Pacific-Basin Finance Journal. He is also involved in industry projects related to liquidity models, asset pricing factors, and testing financial theories such as the Capital Asset Pricing Model.
