Dr Hasibul Chowdhury is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at the University of Queensland Business School, affiliated with the Centre for Behavioural and Economic Science and the Centre for Unified Behavioural and Economic Sciences. His research interests include corporate finance, executive compensation, corporate social responsibility, and related areas. Dr Chowdhury's work has been published in several academic journals, including the Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Business Finance and Accounting. He is an associate editor of the Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting and an editorial board member of the Journal of International Financial Management & Accounting. Dr Chowdhury holds BBA (Finance) and MBA (Banking) from the University of Dhaka, MBA (Finance) from Tulane University, and PhD (Finance) from the University of Queensland.
