Regular biography
Professor Martin Edwards is a Professor and Deputy Head of School in the School of Business at The University of Queensland. His research interests include HR Analytics, people analytics, organisational identification, employee-organisational linkages, and the role of employer branding. He has published in journals such as the Human Resource Management Journal, Human Relations, and European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. Edwards holds degrees in Social Psychology, Industrial Relations, and a PhD in Organisational Psychology. Prior to joining UQ in 2019, he was a Reader in HRM and Organisational Psychology at King's College London. His work explores topics such as workforce analytics, employee responses to mergers and acquisitions, and the impact of organisational change on employees.
