Justin Evans is a Professor of Particle Physics at The University of Manchester, Department of Physics. His research focuses on neutrino physics, including neutrino oscillations, neutrino masses, and neutrino interactions with matter. He is involved in several projects, including the MicroBooNE experiment and the DUNE long-baseline neutrino experiment, where he leads the construction of anode plane assemblies. His work contributes to the understanding of fundamental particles and their role in the universe, particularly in relation to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 3, Good Health and Well-being.
