Olga Negri

Olga Negri is a Lecturer in Advanced Nuclear Reactor Technology at the University of Manchester, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Her research focuses on reactor physics, particularly Gen-IV technologies, with an emphasis on High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactors (HTGRs) and Advanced Technology Fuels. She has contributed to multiple UK-funded projects, including collaborations with Rolls-Royce, Amentum, and URENCO. Her work involves core design, criticality safety, and advanced fuel modelling for SMRs and Gen-IV reactors. She also has teaching experience in Reactor Physics and supervises PhD students.
