Yuze Huang is a Lecturer in Sustainable Laser Manufacturing at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, University of Manchester. He joined the university in June 2025 and specializes in Additive Manufacturing and Welding. Prior to his current position, he was a Lecturer at Lancaster University, UK. Huang obtained his PhD from the University of Waterloo, Canada, in 2019, and held a postdoctoral position at University College London from 2019 to 2022.
