I. Joseph Kroll

I. Joseph Kroll is a Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on accelerator-based experimental particle physics, including studies of proton-proton, proton-antiproton, and electron-positron collisions. His work spans precision tests of the electroweak model, flavor physics, and searches for the Higgs boson and new particles beyond the Standard Model. He has been a member of several experimental collaborations, including ATLAS and CDF. Kroll has taught courses in physics and laboratory electronics. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
