SASADA Makiko

SASADA Makiko is a professor in the Department of MATH at The University of Tokyo. Her research interests include hydrodynamic limit, spectral gap, and non-gradient models. She is currently working on non-gradient models and systems with anomalous diffusions. Her research focuses on interacting particle systems, particularly in the areas of equilibrium fluctuations and hydrodynamic limits. She has published extensively in journals such as the Annals of Probability, Journal of Statistical Physics, and Probability Theory and Related Fields. Her work has been recognized with awards including the Takebe Katahiro Prize for Encouragement of Young Researchers 2010 and the second JSPS Ikushi Prize 2011.
