Regular biography
ENOKIZONO Makoto is an Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences at The University of Tokyo. His research focuses on algebraic surfaces, moduli spaces, and related topics such as algebraic curves and their degenerations. He investigates the structure of algebraic surfaces with families of algebraic curves and analyzes numerical invariants using intersection theory on the moduli space of algebraic curves. His work includes studies on Zariski decompositions, vanishing theorems, and cohomology rings of Hessenberg varieties. He is affiliated with the Kavli IPMU and contributes to the academic community through publications in journals such as the European Journal of Mathematics and the Pacific Journal of Mathematics.
