MIEDA Yoichi

MIEDA Yoichi is an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences at The University of Tokyo. His research focuses on number theory, particularly the Langlands correspondence, Shimura varieties, and Rapoport-Zink spaces. He investigates automorphic representations and representations of p-adic reductive groups through the geometry of Shimura varieties and Rapoport-Zink spaces. His work includes studies on etale cohomology in rigid geometry, the Lefschetz trace formula, and l-adic cohomology of Lubin-Tate towers. His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Algebraic Geometry, Mathematical Research Letters, and Advances in Mathematics.
