Yong Chen, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles. His research interests include neural networks and neuromorphic circuits. He is affiliated with the Chen's Intelligence Lab and is involved in the MURI - Multifunc. Intelligent Systems in Aerial Vehicles project. Chen's work has been recognized with awards, including being named an ASME Fellow in 2017.
