James Fuller is a Professor of Theoretical Astrophysics at the California Institute of Technology, affiliated with the Division of Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy. His research focuses on physics and astronomy, with an emphasis on theoretical astrophysics. He holds a B.A. from Whitman College, an M.S. from Cornell University, and a Ph.D. He was a Visiting Associate at Caltech in 2017, then served as an Assistant Professor from 2017 to 2023, and was appointed Professor in 2023.
