Wei Bao

Dr Wei Bao is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science at The University of Sydney. His research interests include networking and communications, mobile computing, signal processing, wireless communication systems and technologies, distributed systems and algorithms, cyberphysical systems and internet of things, energy-efficient computing, cloud computing, network engineering, distributed computing and systems software. Dr Bao is a member of the Centre for Distributed and High Performance Computing. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a Master of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Toronto. His research focuses on networking and distributed machine learning, with an emphasis on improving the performance, scalability, and collaboration of networked systems.

Wei Bao is a researcher at The University of Sydney with expertise in Computer Networks, Mobile Computing, and Distributed Machine Learning.
