Rahul Gopinath

Rahul Gopinath is a Lecturer in the School of Computer Science at The University of Sydney. His main research area lies in the junction between Software Engineering and Cybersecurity. His research focus is on using static and dynamic program analysis to improve reliability, security, and maintainability of software systems. Prior to joining the University of Sydney, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security, Germany. He earned his Ph.D. in 2017 from the Oregon State University, US. He is also one of the authors of the Fuzzing Book, a first textbook for students new to fuzzing.
