David Lowe

Professor David Lowe is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at The University of Sydney. His research interests include engineering education, engineering practice, engineering design, curriculum and pedagogy. He is currently Director of the Centre for Applied Research in Engineering and Computing Education. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2019, he was the Associate Dean (Education) and Deputy Dean of the Faculty. Before joining The University of Sydney in 2012, he was a Director of the Centre for Real-Time Information Networks (CRIN) at the University of Technology, Sydney. He is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
