Mark W. Mueller

Mark W. Mueller is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Chair at the University of California, Berkeley. He joined the Mechanical Engineering Department in August 2016. Mueller received a B.Eng. in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Pretoria in 2008. With a scholarship from the Swiss Federation, he earned his M.Sc. and Dr. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zurich in 2011 and 2015, respectively. His research interests include Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, dynamics and control, motion planning and coordination, state estimation, and localization. He is affiliated with the HiPeR Lab and teaches current classes at UC Berkeley.
